3. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation.
- Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
- We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. All transactions are secure.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Dispatch times may vary depending on stock and any unforeseen delays (postal strikes, customs, etc.).
4. Shipping
We offer both UK and international delivery. Shipping options and estimated times are shown at checkout.
Please note: Cristof is not responsible for customs charges or taxes on international orders.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind? No worries.
- You have 30 days from receiving your item to return it for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns on earrings unless faulty (for hygiene reasons).

6. Faulty or Damaged Items
We carefully inspect everything before it goes out, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at hello@cristof.co.uk within 7 days. We’ll sort it — repair, replace, or refund.
